Major Responsibilities of the Sr Copywriting Manager:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Oversee daily operations of the Copywriting department. Directly manage a team of copywriters who are responsible for technical and descriptive product copy
  • Oversee all product copy completion ensuring standardization across all categories and includes all necessary and relevant information that is accurately entered and aligns with outlined standards
  • Maintain consistent product uploads across all sites and departments
  • Work cross functionally with Studio, Buying, Merchandising, Warehouse, and Engineering teams
  • Monitor reporting to consistently plan and strategize product flow, ensuring output aligns with business goals
  • Create and maintain copywriting guidelines for cohesive understanding of garment construction, silhouettes, fabrications, key features/selling details, and labeling requirements across all copywriters
  • Collaborate with direct manager and team to develop and execute streamlined work processes

  • Experience with E-commerce copy standards and demands
  • Knowledge of apparel silhouettes, construction, fits, and fabrics across the industry


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Management experience
  • Experience writing ecommerce multi brand copy
  • Proficient in Gmail, MS Excel, Word & Power Point, and online navigation
  • Familiarity with copyediting and proofreading standards


Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2 year minimum experience - technical writing background
  • Recent copywriting experience as a brand copywriter
  • Project management and/or operations experience

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.

A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly/salary range is $90,000 to $120,000.
