Understanding of agile methodologies
Retirement Plans Business domain knowledge

Responsibilities:
Senior Developer / Lead Role
Design and development of components
Responsible for collaboration between technical architecture and the offsite counterparts,
Coordination with technical leads & SMEs,
Guiding the other team members
Offshore coordination
Code deployment & quality assurance
