Sr Customer Marketing Specialist

As a Sr Customer Marketing Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving customer engagement and loyalty through strategic marketing initiatives. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for developing and driving messaging, marketing strategies and cross-LOB campaigns. You will provide leadership, marketing expertise and structure to the broader product management team. Overall, your impact as a Sr Customer Marketing Specialist will be felt through more impactful product launches, growing brand strength and messaging clarity.

You will report directly to our Sr. Director of Product Management and you'll work out of our Fort Mill, SC location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the company by driving strategic initiatives that enhance customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction. Your ability to analyze customer insights, develop personalized marketing strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams will result in increased market share, revenue growth, and long-term customer loyalty, positioning the company as a leader in the industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute customer marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty
Provide leadership and guidance to the broader product marketing team, fostering a disciplined approach to messaging and managing the customer journey
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product management, to develop targeted marketing campaigns
Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities and provide insights for improvement
Lead the development and execution of marketing programs, including email campaigns, social media promotions, and customer events
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to optimize campaign performance and track customer interactions
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in customer marketing, bringing innovative ideas to drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with creative services to develop compelling marketing collateral and assets

YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 6+ years of experience in customer marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively convey ideas
Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and exceeding targets
Passion for marketing and staying up to date with industry trends
