Senior Customer Quality Manager
Location: San Jose, California

Pikemann is seeking a highly skilled and driven Senior Customer Quality Manager to lead product quality initiatives and deliver innovative solutions in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead, coach, and manage a quality engineering team.
  • Directly interface with customers to address quality-related matters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Failure Analysis Engineering, Test Engineering, Product Engineering, and the Field Sales Organization, to achieve quality objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Drive corrective and preventive actions resulting from field failures, including generating 8D problem resolution reports for customers.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in customer quality engineering with a focus on integrated circuits.
  • Expertise in the 8D problem resolution process.
  • Direct customer-facing experience in a quality management role.
  • Proven problem-solving skills related to semiconductor products and manufacturing processes.
