Base Pay Range: $106,000 - $191,100
Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

What You'll Do
- Design, build, and deploy end-to-end machine learning and statistical models that accelerate fiber growth and improve financial performance.
- Extract, clean, and model large, complex datasets using advanced programming and statistical techniques.
- Define and frame business problems in mathematical terms-such as identifying underperforming market segments, optimizing penetration strategies, and analyzing fiber user behavior.
- Develop and continuously improve penetration permutation models, along with challenger models to test and enhance performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators through real-time cohort-level dashboards and scorecards, enabling fast, data-informed decisions.
- Incorporate geographic and partner-level variations (including JV and Wholesale) into modeling to ensure accurate regional cost optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including engineering, finance, marketing, and leadership-to drive alignment between data insights and business strategy.
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively using clear visualizations, presentations, and storytelling techniques.
What You Bring
- 4-7 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or ML engineering, including building and deploying predictive models in production environments.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation, modeling, and visualization.
- Experience with big data platforms such as Hadoop, Hive, Spark, and Kafka.
- Strong foundation in statistics, probability, linear algebra, and calculus.
- Proven ability to frame complex business problems into analytical solutions and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Experience in telecommunications or fiber infrastructure is highly preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and a high degree of cross-functional interaction.
- Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal-with the ability to tailor technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience developing deep learning models.
- Familiarity with fiber network planning, deployment strategies, or telecom business metrics.
- Advanced data visualization skills using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Python-based libraries.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics) required.
- Master's Degree or higher in a related field preferred.
- At least 18 years of age
