What you'll do

Creative Strategy & Design Execution:
  • Develop and execute visually compelling marketing campaigns across digital and print channels, including social media, email, web, and print collateral.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create innovative design concepts that align with brand guidelines and strategic goals.
  • Translate complex ideas into clean, engaging visual designs that drive user engagement and communicate key messages effectively.

Brand Management:
  • Maintain and evolve the company's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Serve as a brand guardian, ensuring all creative output meets the highest standards of quality and brand integrity.

Project Leadership & Collaboration:
  • Lead creative projects from concept through delivery, managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, product managers, and other stakeholders to align creative direction with business objectives.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and freelancers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.

User-Centric Design:
  • Conduct research and gather insights to inform design decisions, ensuring a user-centric approach to creative problem-solving.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback from internal teams, user testing, and performance metrics.

Tools & Technology:
  • Utilize design tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.) to create high-quality assets.
  • Stay current with design trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance creative output.


Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:
  • 10+ years of professional experience in marketing design or a similar role, preferably within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of creating successful marketing campaigns and visual content that drives engagement and supports business goals.


Technical Proficiency:
  • Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Experience in designing for both digital and print mediums.


Creative & Strategic Thinking:
  • Ability to conceptualize innovative ideas and translate them into effective visual designs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects and creative excellence.


Communication & Collaboration:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders and team members.
  • Strong collaborative skills with a demonstrated ability to work well within cross-functional teams.


Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in user interface (UI) design or web design.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing tools.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development processes.
  • Previous experience in a startup or high-growth company is a plus.
