Sr. Desktop Support Technician with Security Clearance

Overview FTI is in search of a Sr. Desktop Support Technician to join our team in Dahlgren, VA. Responsibilities The Desktop Support Technician will manage accounts, network rights, file permissions, access to systems and equipment. The technician will also maintain system images, configuration and backups as week as perform basic network connectivity troubleshooting. Qualifications Qualifications * Twenty (20) years of experience with desktop Operating Systems, hardware and peripherals. * Ability to work independently under limited supervision. * Demonstrated ability to plan and coordinate the installation, testing, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware and software systems. * Demonstrated ability to plan or schedule the installation and deployment of new hardware, operating systems and applications software. * Active Secret security clearance.
