- The Senior Developer is responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software solutions. They take a lead role in software development projects and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of complex software applications.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code in relevant programming languages.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and QA teams.
- Participate in system architecture design and contribute to technical roadmaps.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose adoption as appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development.
- Proficient in languages such as Java, .NET, Python, or similar.
- Experience with databases, APIs, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
