Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy salesforce solution using APEX, Flows, Visulaforce, and lightning components.

Implement and maintain integration using MuleSoft, Adobe, and Conga.

Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand and address business requirements.

Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly.

Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the development lifecycle.

Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Facilitate root cause analysis and proper documentation for defect/bugs.

Continuous real-time intraday monitoring of issues And Respond to all internal queries within a defined SLA.

Facilitate Root Cause Analysis to improve candidate experience and mitigate problem recurrence.

Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.

Technical guidance for the team and adaptability toward new tools and technologies.

Excellent operational and documentation knowledge.

Creating timelines, development goals, testing the stability and functionality of applications.

Troubleshooting and fixing bugs and errors and maintaining the security and integrity of application software.

Generic Managerial Skills

Should be able to lead Onsite and Offshore delivery team
