Position Summary:
  • You will leverage data to drive business outcomes that align with Client's Enterprise Data Strategy Vision and Operating Principles.
  • You'll work closely with our Digital and Marketing, stakeholders to understand business needs and apply a variety of analysis and visualization techniques to address them.
  • Using tools like Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Tableau, etc. you will partner Marketing associates and website teams/product owners to deliver timely, relevant insights.
  • You'll use data to inform business decisions and priorities across our business.
  • You'll help 'connect the dots' for our stakeholders, helping them better understand user behavior and use those learnings to drive Marketing activity and strategy.
  • You will work with website teams to design and apply experience targeting and A/B testing use cases.
  • You will analyze large sets of data to solve complex business problems for our Digital and Marketing stakeholders.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Understands how to properly turn large quantities of structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data into actionable insights that drive business outcomes.
  • Communicate results to business stakeholders in a clear manner with a focus on explainability of results.
  • Perform exploratory analysis and visualization of large data sets to identify opportunities and uncover insights for our stakeholders.
  • Partner with marketing stakeholders to provide campaign tagging, measurement, and analysis capabilities.
  • Design and implement measurement and testing strategies for a variety of Marketing and Digital stakeholders.
  • Analyze Marketing campaign results and present findings and insights in a clear and understandable manner.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience analyzing Marketing and website (e.g. Adobe clickstream) related data.
  • Ability to setup and apply A/B testing on websites and Marketing campaign.
  • Proven experience working with industry standard technologies like Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Tableau, Strala, etc.
  • Ability to clearly articulate and explain complex analytical results and methods to stakeholders of varying technical background and understanding.
  • Strong moral and ethical compass, ensuring we provide fair, unbiased solutions that don't harm our customers, associates, or our company/brand.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 4+ years Analytics experience.
  • Experience supporting Marketing and Digital teams/functions.
  • Adobe Analytics/Adobe Target expertise.
  • Tableau expertise.
