Position summary:
The Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing will work to plan and implement the marketing, eCommerce, content, and product strategies that drive consumer engagement and revenue growth. This role will be responsible for all aspects of digital marketing, including paid media, social media, customer journey, and driving business insights via in-depth analysis of user activity in the Americas. Additionally, the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager will help lead the e-retailer network for TAG Heuer.
We seek a highly motivated individual with previous experience managing a brand's digital marketing and/or e-commerce strategies, including performance and brand marketing. The Sr. Digital Marketing Manager is part of the larger marketing team and will collaborate to develop consumer-facing marketing activity to drive quality traffic, conversion, and membership on TAGHeuer.com.

Main responsibilities:
- Strategize and implement digital campaigns that effectively reach our target market to build desirability, engagement, and conversion on TAGHeuer.com.
- Coordinate with the global digital team and media agency to develop the digital marketing, website traffic plan, and follow the ecommerce funnel.
- Manage both branding and performance marketing on all digital platforms (Facebook, Google, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) with the help from our agency of record.
- Extensive experience with budgeting and financial analysis including return on ad spend (ROAS) modeling.
- Collect and review analytics to optimize traffic and conversion metrics on site.
- Manage monthly digital analytics meetings to senior management reporting on key website metrics and paid media performance.
- Collaborate with global digital team to ensure content and execution align with the Americas market.
- Manage media agency and budget by developing effective strategy striving to increase quality traffic and return on investment.
- E-Retail: Collaborate with Commercial Team to ensure that all accounts are implementing digital tools and maintaining brand standards.
Profil
Knowledge, skills & abilities
- Expertise in Digital & Media strategies to balance performance and branding to achieve growth targets.
- Strong analytical skills. You are proficient in analyzing, consolidating, and interpreting data from various sources.
- A track record of delivering revenue growth and consumer engagement in a brand focused ecommerce business.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional relationship management skills working with Merchandising, Finance, HQ teams to ensure alignment across ecommerce initiatives.
- Willingness to work hands-on-develop the strategy behind a particular initiative and then implement.
- Highly collaborative and organized, to excel in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Understanding of current marketing trends, including personalization, targeting, and data-driven planning.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or ecommerce.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Ability to speak Spanish in a business environment preferred.
- Passion to drive top-line growth (short and long-term) and think creatively.
- Experience working across North America and/or LATAM.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel & Power Point
- Google Analytics knowledge required.
- Ability to articulate and present ideas clearly to different levels of seniority.
- Reports to the Director of Digital & Media.
- Individual is part of the Americas marketing team working closely with traditional media, events, and HQ teams.
- Individual will manage 3rd party agencies and vendors.
- Position will have significant interaction with senior management.
