GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

The Sr. Digital Marketing Manager is the head of our digital marketing team, leading both internal and external stakeholders on the best use of our digital properties. This role will guide the implementation of marketing strategies to maximize a customer's journey and digital experience with the Club Car brand. You will be comfortable troubleshooting the website and constantly improving the User Experience (UX) of the website. You will be a team player who provides feedback to staff on opportunities to develop and refine processes.

The ideal candidate possesses the ability to map output back to the bigger picture and work cross-functionally with key stakeholders within Marketing, Sales and Product Development to measure success and drive efficiency. This role is critical to engaging and acquiring new leads, converting customers, driving revenue, and scaling growth.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Will spearhead evolution of the Club Car website into a best-in-class user experience, including overseeing RFP process and requirements documentation
  • Utilizes the content management system (CMS) to oversee regular content updates for the websites, including hero images and new landing pages
  • Ensures all digital content is optimized for SEO and user engagement
  • Publishes digital marketing content online (ClubCar.com, YouTube, etc.)
  • Analyzes website activity to identify opportunities for conversion or improved traffic flow
  • Defines success metrics and KPIs, creates reports, identifies trends and explores optimizations based on analytics to improve site performance and usage
  • Manage and provide strategic oversight against all paid digital executions, including but not limited to paid digital campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Provide recommendations and executional oversight of media commercialization strategies for new and existing products and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop email marketing strategies to ensure database efforts are fully leveraged.
  • Support team efforts to ensure source content files are accurate and updated on the Digital Asset Management System as well as a vendor relationship selection process.
  • Manage budget and billing process for digital campaigns and agency related spends.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 7 years of work experience in comparable digital marketing role.
  • Highly proficient in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Paid Search / Paid Per Click (PPC) and Paid Social.
  • Proficient in HTML, XHTML, CSS design, cross-platform compatibility and JavaScript.
  • Proficiency in implementing and managing robust tracking systems to monitor and analyze digital metrics, focusing on data-driven decision-making.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, technologies, and best practices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills
  • Strong work ethics and detailed-oriented project management
  • Ability to influence, lead, and collaborate with peer groups to produce desired results.

Location: Augusta, GA or Huntersville, NC

Travel: 10%
