Fisher College | Graduate Programs Administration
This hybrid role oversees graduate admissions and yield strategies for Fisher College of Business programs, including the Full-Time MBA (FTMBA), Working Professional MBA (WPMBA), Specialized Masters in Business Analytics (SMB-A), Specialized Masters in Finance (SMF), Master of Accounting (MAcc), Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM), Master of Supply Chain Management (MSCM), and any new graduate programs.
Working closely with the Graduate Programs Office (GPO) Outreach and Recruitment Director, program Academic Directors, the Executive Director, and the Associate Dean, this role develops and implements compelling strategies to attract and enroll high-quality candidates.
Responsibilities include managing overall class build strategy, admissions programming, and applicant/prospect communications, while collaborating with the CRM team to ensure system effectiveness and reporting accuracy. This position leads a team of admissions and operations professionals to achieve enrollment goals, conducts data-driven analysis to assess admissions initiatives, and refines strategies accordingly. Additionally, the role involves partnering with academic directors to define key selling points and develop admissions and yield plans, as well as engaging with business leaders to promote graduate programs and drive enrollment. Budget oversight for admissions and scholarships is also a key function. Weekend and evening recruitment activities may be required, along with potential domestic and international travel. (examples: one-on-one interactions, in-person events, virtual presentations, grad program fairs, email/phone communications, etc. in support of larger efforts).
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree business administration, higher education, or a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 7 years of experience developing and executing admissions/yield strategies with proven results. Experience working in a supervisory capacity. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to develop creative strategies. Ability to work in a team-based environment and with culturally diverse populations. Proficiency in CRM systems and admissions funnel management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree business administration, higher education, or a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience working at The Ohio State University or another academic institution. Familiarity with Salesforce (CRM systems) and student information systems (SIS) is also desirable.
Additional Information:
The target hiring range for this job profile is $74,900 - $98,500. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to, education, years of experience, internal equity, etc.
