An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced digital transformation specialist to join a dynamic team with a focus on strategic enterprise account growth. The right candidate will come from a global digital transformation services company and will have the capacity to define a broad range of solutions across business strategy, experience design, software engineering, automation, and operations. Candidates must have prior experience as an enterprise solutions specialist, digital transformation architect, or technology strategist. You will interface with business decision makers and CXO's to define transformation solutions and drive business growth. The candidate should be well-versed in technologies including Digital Strategy and Design, Digital Engineering, Intelligence and Analytics, Automation and Cloud Operations, as well as innovative technologies like IoT, Data Science, AI, ML, Block Chain, etc.

• Deep understanding of the Concentrix Catalyst solutions and the value they deliver to clients.
• Delivering presentations on transformation solutions and digital native architectures.
• Qualifying opportunities that drive growth.
• Expertise in crafting solutions that span strategy, design, engineering, and operations.
• Becoming a "Trusted Advisor" to clients on digital transformation trends.
• Working with clients to define their digital strategy and roadmap.
• Understanding client needs and defining appropriate transformation solutions.
• Coordinate with client and internal teams on architectural solutions and best practices.
• Interacting with Service Lines and COE's to define appropriate solutions. Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery approaches.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for client teams on Concentrix services and best practices.
• Coordinating evaluation of third-party products for inclusion in the technical solutions.
• Identifying areas for potential investment where our services may bring value to clients.
• Lead the growth of the technology and solutions practice, collaborating with internal teams for sales enablement, marketing, and positioning of technology solutions.
• Establish Concentrix's eminence through conference presentations, industry forums, and the publication of thought leadership articles.
• Lead the creation of scalable materials for internal and external use, empowering sales and presales activities.
• Supporting responses to RFPs, solution strategies, proof of concepts, and pilot implementations.

Your skills and requirements will include:

• Experience working for a strategic consulting or software transformation services company.
• A confirmed ability to develop and lead digital transformation conversations and solutions across a broad spectrum of C-level executives and buyers.
• Deep understanding of specific industries and technology trends that add business value.
• Experience as an enterprise solutions specialist, digital transformation architect, or technology strategist interfacing with business decision makers and CXO's to define enterprise-wide transformation solutions to drive business growth.
• Proficiency in Cloud Native architectures, enterprise integration strategies, digital platforms, intelligence and analytics solutions, enterprise automation and cloud migration strategies.
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
• Sound understanding of software development methodologies and global delivery models.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline would be advantageous.
