SUMMARY
The Senior Director of Marketing will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our marketing strategy across our hospital network, with an eye for continuous improvement. This leader will be responsible for local and community marketing, content and creative development, marketing operations, and recruiting/ business development marketing strategy and execution. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Senior Director will ensure a cohesive approach to marketing that balances centralized efficiency with localized relevance. This role requires a strategic leader with strong execution capabilities who can drive impact through a mix of creative direction, operational excellence, and team leadership.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing plans that drive visibility and engagement across hospitals while maintaining their unique local identities.
- Lead, analyze and provide relevant data insights on clients' needs to inform marketing plans and client experience
- Develop and oversee strategies for local hospital marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with community objectives.
- Optimize in-hospital visual merchandising, including signage, collateral, and promotional materials to enhance the client experience.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing and CRM teams to ensure integrated marketing strategies that maximize impact across channels.
- Lead the development and execution of an annual marketing calendar that aligns with seasonal opportunities and community objectives.
- Oversee marketing operations to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance execution across the organization.
- Manage vendor relationships, sponsorships, and partnerships that support our marketing goals and community engagement.
- Implement metrics and reporting to track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making data-driven optimizations as needed.
- Support DeNovo hospital marketing efforts to establish new locations effectively in their markets.
- Develop and oversee the execution of marketing initiatives supporting the CVP brand's strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Ensure the marketing function plays a key role in supporting lead nurturing and conversion strategies for both business development and recruiting.
- Partner with the Business Development team to enhance brand perception among potential sellers and partners through strategic initiatives
- Lead employer branding efforts to support talent acquisition, including recruiting collateral, event marketing, and lead generation.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals, including direct reports and local marketing coordinators.
- Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and results-driven execution.
- Set clear objectives, provide ongoing coaching, and drive professional growth within the team.
Education and Experience
- B.A. degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with expertise in brand strategy, multi-location marketing, and marketing operations.
- Experience in healthcare, retail, multi-location businesses, or franchise-style models is a plus.
