Position Summary/Objective
The Senior Director of Finance is responsible for overseeing the Company's FP&A function for the IT Business Unit and will act as the BU CFO, which includes preparing, analyzing, and reporting financial information for the Business Unit as a whole as well as its business lines. You will work with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in planning, analyzing, forecasting, and processing monthly financial results as well as long-term projections.

Essential Functions
  • Manage the FP&A and Data Intelligence BU team members as follows:
    - Lead and coach finance managers and financial analysts
    - Develop and implement tracking of the Company's strategic initiatives
    - Create, track and maintain budgets for the Company and its divisions
    - Be an escalation point of contact to handle issues and questions from business units leaders and members of Senior Leadership as needed
    - Monitor staffing levels and performance for the department
    - Conduct performance reviews and make compensation decisions
  • Lead the annual budgeting process for the BU from creation of a high-level annual operating plan through the completion of the upload of the detailed budget into the Company's reporting systems.
  • Oversee monthly financial analysis processes, including budget to actual analysis and explanation of findings to the leadership team.
  • Lead financial analysis for IT BU including profitability trends, creating and monitoring key metrics and holding teams accountable for key initiatives across all Copier business lines.
  • With input from business unit leaders, model out potential investments or business opportunities.
  • Present findings and recommendations to business unit leaders and members of Senior Leadership.
  • Build and maintain the three-year financial model which incorporates the Company's strategic plan, industry trends, and other relevant information.
  • Answer questions and interact directly with the Company's private equity ownership group.
  • Attend and/or plan required company and departmental meetings.
  • Act in accordance with Marco policies and procedures as set forth in the Employee Handbook.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of experience or equivalent experience, accounting or finance degree preferred.
- Previous financial analysis experience in a large company ($250 million+) required.
- Technology industry experience preferred.
- 5+ years of previous financial management experience preferred.
