We are looking for an operations-focused leader who is passionate about organizing and optimizing processes to ensure operational excellence. This role is essential as we scale the organization and will be critical in helping the COO stay focused on strategic leadership while managing day-to-day operations effectively.
We are Crunch Fitness, and our legacy began in a modest New York City basement in 1989 as a welcoming place for a diverse group of people to get fit. Today, we're rapidly expanding locations across Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Missouri - with ambitious plans to reach even more communities.

Responsibilities:
The person selected for this position will have real world field/gym experience and must have walked in the shoes of those they are supporting; must be very detail-oriented, yet able to think and see at a strategic level; preferably trained in real-world project management. This position is not in the chain of command to the field, but ensures the planning, scheduling, staging, instructions, training, implementation, execution, and follow through of all initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Support COO Strategy: Allow the COO to focus on leadership and strategy by handling operational details and communications.
- Operational Coordination: Manage, schedule, and execute field initiatives, ensuring proper training and communication of updates to both HQ and Field teams.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to maintain and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational consistency, efficiency, and quality assurance.
- Platform & System Management: Oversee and continuously improve key operational platforms to ensure alignment with business goals and seamless user experience.
- Cost Management & Reporting: Manage operational budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and analyze trends to provide leadership with actionable insights for improvements.
- Feedback Loop: Gather and relay field feedback, ensuring executive goals align with field operations.
- Field Operations Manual: Create, update, and maintain field manuals, policies, and procedures.

Physical Requirements
- Sitting and/or standing for extended periods of time.

Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
