Responsibilities
Under the direction of the VP, Operational Excellence, the Senior Director of Performance, Reporting & Analytics leads performance management and analytics initiatives, supports strategic decision-making, and drives data-driven improvements. This role involves ensuring compliance with industry standards, fostering continuous improvement, and delivering measurable impacts on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Essential Functions and Work Responsibilities
Functional Category: Performance Management and Analytics
Estimated Percent of time Spent - 100%
Lead performance management and analytics projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Balance program and project management with deep business acumen to deliver impactful results.
Conduct comprehensive assessments of business processes and performance metrics, guiding enhancements from conceptualization through to implementation.
Ensure all initiatives have specific, measurable impacts on key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish robust monitoring mechanisms.
Identify and address performance opportunities using detailed KPI data analysis.
Develop and maintain comprehensive enterprise performance dashboards to provide real-time insights.
Create aligned tactical metric dashboards and performance management tools to support daily operations.
Ensure the availability of role-specific tools that provide necessary insights for operators to make informed decisions.
Foster the development of integrated ecosystems rather than isolated reports to enhance data-driven decision-making.
Lead the development and implementation of performance management frameworks and methodologies.
Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure data integrity and accessibility for performance analysis.
Provide training and support to teams on performance management tools and best practices.
Monitor industry trends and advancements in performance management and analytics to keep the organization at the forefront of innovation.
Travel Requirements

Overnight & out of state travel should be expected.

REQUIRED
Education
Bachelor's degreein Business Administration, Data Analytics, or another related field.
Work Experience and Qualifications
Minimum of twelve years of experience in performance management and/or data analytics.
Minimum of five years of experience in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Knowledge of performance management systems and data analytics tools.
Ability to work collaboratively with a broad spectrum of individuals to meet R&A objectives.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timeliness.
Experience in developing and implementing performance management frameworks and methodologies.
Proficiency in using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create insightful dashboards.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data-driven findings to stakeholders.
PREFERRED
Education
Master of Arts/Sciences in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
12+ years working in an operational excellence capacity in a complex environment. Demonstrated working knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
Experience in developing and implementing performance management frameworks and methodologies.
Advanced Proficiency in using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create insightful dashboards.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data-driven findings to stakeholders.
