EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Lead a defined geography or special practice area of the consulting practice for the Lending business globally. Establish and maintain strong client relationships by consistently exceeding client expectations, leading high-profile engagements, demonstrating subject matter expertise and assigning and directing qualified staff.

General Duties & Responsibilities

Business
  • Owns the delivery of the L7 Consulting Services revenue, cost and margin targets globally.
  • Ensures accurate financial forecasting (incl. funded development) and acts to close gaps between forecast and budget.
  • Owns global capacity and ensures L7 is staffed correctly to achieve budget.
  • Works with LOB to understand product strategy and ensure services plans/goals are aligned (e.g., introduction new modules, regulatory change, regional expansion).
  • Works with Sales and Commercial Management to develop Road to Home for PS Revenue, provide timely and competitive estimates, strong margins, SOWs and solutions that are sellable and maintainable.
  • Works with Services organization and LOB to develop future budgets and long-range plans, when asked to do so.
  • Develops strong relationships with internal stakeholders such as product, sales, pre-sales, development and CX.
  • Represents CS interests during pre-sales and contract negotiation (e.g., daily rates, comprehensive scoping in place, key contract terms are included - essentially, we only enter commercially viable PS Contracts).

Responsibilities
  • Develops strong relationships with senior stakeholders at key clients and projects and provides thought leadership/trusted advisor role.
  • Escalation points for project issues, ownership of Get-to-Green plans.
  • Identifies opportunities to upsell/cross sell additional services.
  • Develops and executes global hiring plan in alignment with Lending and Capital Markets location/hiring strategy.
  • Sets relevant individual goals (Performance, Client, Behavioral and/or Development) for team members and ensures appropriate development and training plans are in place.
  • Identifies key talent within Lending PS by Assessing Team Potential, ensures succession plans are in place and that the development needs of successors are identified and addressed.
  • Develops relationships with sub-contracting partners.
  • Develops and implements plans to address issues raised in annual GLINT survey.

Innovation
  • Creates a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Introduces Onboarding delivery practices for products in scope. Identifies opportunities to introduce best practices or new services from other L7s.

General managerial responsibilities
  • Analyzes management reports and implement strategies to improve business performance.
  • Builds organizational structure to meet business goals and objectives.
  • Stays abreast of market and industry trends and project credibility in chosen area of expertise.
  • Ensure team meets corporate policy targets for RegU, timesheets completions, Access Reviews etc.
  • Makes timely, informed decisions and communicates rationale with factual accuracy and clarity.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in business administration or law or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

    • Exceptional analytical skills. Has a strong external focus on client, competitor, regulatory & marketplace trends, preferably in the securities and derivatives processing space.

    • Strong problem-solving ability, and practical experience in delivering complex solutions in a fast-moving business landscape. Adaptability in pressure situations, and empathy for clients and staff.

    • Highly articulate communicator who can convey important messages in a clear and compelling manner at all levels of the organization.
    • Proven track record working with "C" suite Executives and Boards, equally comfortable addressing large public audiences or senior level customers.

    • Able to collaborate with other senior FIS leaders to define and communicate a clear strategy with specific goals and measures to determine progress toward those goals. Serve as a thought partner & adviser.

    • High level of energy and a personal style that engenders loyalty and trust among team members, at all levels within the organization.
    • Willingness to travel frequently to visit clients, and during sales campaigns.

    • Proven ability to drive the addition and upskilling of new resources at all levels from senior specialists to junior graduates, and through the thoughtful engagement of third-party partners.


FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $163,310.00 - $274,380.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
