Sr. Electrical Engineer

Sr. Electrical Engineer: Lead and oversee the company's electrical engineering and manufacturing operations to ensure the reliability of electric equipment in the automotive, medical technology, renewable energy, and IT industries. Plan, coordinate, and execute comprehensive engineering and manufacturing plans to be incorporated into the company's overall business operations. Evaluate data pertaining to current engineering and manufacturing processes, develop models and simulations for current procedures, and pinpoint areas that can be streamlined or improved. Review technical drawings and specifications of each electrical component including, but not limited to, point-to-point interconnectors, sequence of operations, and three-line electrical schematics. Identify, define, and execute operational changes that will drive manufacturing efficiency and product quality. Inspect finished repairs and observe operation to ensure quality and conformance to design and equipment specifications. Develop quality assurance procedures to ensure electrical components' capability and effectiveness in ensuring product quality and reliability. Lead the training of personnel on the proper material handling of customer products. Review reports and recommend solutions to increase efficiency in engineering operations based on findings. Develop and implement policies and methods to meet established objectives for on-time deliveries for the Division. Review protocols to ensure that safety standards are being met. Troubleshoot electronic equipment regularly to identify areas for improvement and stay abreast of technical advances in the electrical industry.

Requirements: The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or a related position. The position requires skills and knowledge in AutoCAD, material control, and IEEE and ANSI specifications.
