Job Description
As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business applications, ensuring they are as intuitive and user-friendly as consumer applications. You will collaborate closely with other designers, product leaders, and engineers to create experience visions and bring our vision to life, leading design efforts throughout the planning and development lifecycle to create compelling and effective user experiences. Requirements:
Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Design, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
5+ years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, or similar role, participating in the complete product development lifecycle of several successfully launched web and/or enterprise software applications.
Significant experience with cloud financial and/or operational management application solutions, and how AI/ML can play a role in user's experiences. Prior experience working for an ERP software, SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS company is highly desired.
Proficiency in a variety of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Miro, etc.
Fluency in user-centered design best practices and trends across web and mobile platforms, as well as knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
Familiarity with the technical considerations and technologies needed when designing for web and mobile platforms.
Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders; experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for the implementation of designs.
Strong bias for action; ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proven ability to move forward while navigating ambiguity with minimal direction.
A compelling online portfolio of sketches, wireframes, prototypes, hi-res comps, etc., that clearly express your ability to create successful user-centered design solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Partner with product management to set the vision and priorities for revolutionizing user experience in business applications. Influence the strategic direction and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
Design Execution: Create end-to-end user experiences for new and existing product offerings, simplifying user workflows. Quickly iterate on designs using conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes, delivering clear and detailed final design specs.
Customer Research: Partner with user researchers to gain insights for solution development, applying proven and innovative techniques.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, content designers, and visual designers to implement designs, ensuring brand consistency and modern aesthetics across web and mobile products.
Standards and Guidelines: Understand and follow the appropriate design systems, influencing and evolving design standards and guidelines to improve overall user experience quality.
Usability and Evaluation: Apply usability heuristics and current design best practices to evaluate new and existing features, offering viable suggestions for improvements.
Communication: Effectively communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale, and specifics of the user-centered design process to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Adaptability: Navigate ambiguity and minimal direction, excelling in rapidly evolving environments while balancing business needs and technology constraints.
