A Senior Federal Program Manager responsible for managing relationships with our US Federal Customers. This individual will maintain a portfolio of customers with the goal of increasing product usage and overall adoption. This is a customer advocacy role with a focus on exceeding expectations, delivering consistent and excellent service while ensuring stakeholders' success with SimSpace products. This individual will interact with customer and partner contacts at all levels of the Government, and many business units within SimSpace.

We are looking for:
A Senior Federal Program Manager responsible for managing relationships with our US Federal Customers. This individual will interact with customer and partner contacts at all levels of the Government, and many business units within SimSpace.
What will you be doing as a Senior Federal Program Manager at SimSpace?
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders within our Federal Customer base, as a SimSpace and cybersecurity readiness domain expert
- Develop strong Customer relationships that enable SimSpace to become a trusted advisor to our Federal accounts
- Collaborate cross functionally to resolve Customer issues in a timely fashion.
- Collaborate with Sales to identify areas of expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product Management to provide Customer feedback and prioritize deliverables on the development roadmap
- Coordinate onboarding efforts, providing detailed technical project management as needed
- Coordinate contract negotiations during renewal periods and to fulfill other Customer requests
- Contribute to Customer Success and Support process improvements
- Track and report on key performance metrics related to revenue and customer satisfaction
- Brief SimSpace and Government executives as needed

Other Requirements:
- Extensive experience in the US Federal Sector
- 10+ years supporting clients in Account Management, Relationship Management, Consulting or similar role, or equivalent Civilian and/or Military service
- Strong cybersecurity background and knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Demonstrated customer-first attitude with mature, independent judgment
- High attention to detail and ability to oversee multiple accounts simultaneously
- Superior project management skills, including consistent follow-through to ensure expectations and deadlines are met
- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
- US East or Central time zone required
- Preferred Candidate Location: Orlando, Florida or any location within the Southeast region of the United States.
- Up to 25% travel required
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Google suite preferred
- DOD clearance preferred
