As a Sr. Finance Analyst here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing customer reports and invoicing for our projects. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and timely invoicing to our customers.

In this role, you will impact the financial operations of our aerospace projects by ensuring accurate and timely customer reports and invoices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project data, analyze financial information, and prepare reports for our customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for compiling and sending invoices to customers, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Gather data and analyze financial information to prepare accurate customer reports
Ensure timely and accurate invoicing to customers

Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

Uphold compliance with contractual terms and conditions for invoicing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues
Maintain accurate records of customer invoices and payments
Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making processes

We are offering a hybrid schedule

The annual base salary range for this position is $87,200.00 - $109,000.00. Please note that this
salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project accounting or related role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and invoicing processes
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication and interpersonal skills

WE VALUE
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Experience in the aerospace industry or similar technical field
  • Experience with FAR / DFAR
  • Knowledge of contractual terms and conditions for invoicing
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
