Job Description

1. Strategic Presentation Development:
  • Business Reviews
  • Lead the development of League QBRs, summarizing key performance metrics, business trends, challenges, and opportunities at the league level.
  • Create and manage E-Commerce MBRs, focusing on business performance and operational insights, ensuring presentations align with broader strategies.
  • Collaborate with league GMs, the E-Commerce team, and cross-functional departments like Finance, Operations, Planning, and Business Management to gather data, identify actionable insights, and current business landscape and future priorities.
  • Develop tailored League Decks and E-Comm presentations that highlight business progress, strategic priorities, and areas for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with GMs, Finance, Operations, Planning, and Business Management teams to ensure data and insights are accurately integrated into presentations.
  • Facilitate alignment across teams for effective communication of business performance, strategic goals, and key metrics.
  • Support ongoing business reviews by tracking performance against set goals and developing clear communication around business trends.

2. MG and Shortfall Process:
  • Manage the tracking and monitoring of business performance against MGs and targets across multiple business channels.
  • Take ownership of shortfall management, working closely with internal teams to analyze variances and develop actionable solutions.
  • Lead conversations with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Accounting) to identify the root causes of performance shortfalls and propose corrective actions.
  • Ensure that performance gaps are addressed proactively, developing strategies to mitigate risk and improve future business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure that all shortfall data is forecasted, tracked, documented, and reported consistently.
  • Ensure corrective actions and mitigation strategies are executed and their effectiveness is monitored and measured over time.

3. Ad-Hoc Support for League GMs:
  • Ad-Hoc Reporting & Analysis:
  • Provide ongoing ad-hoc reporting and data analysis to support the league GMs in their decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with GMs to understand their specific data needs, delivering tailored reports and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Offer recommendations based on data insights to help the GMs optimize their operational and business performance.
  • Assist in the development of presentations and reports for one-off strategic initiatives or in response to urgent needs from senior leadership.
  • Provide data-driven support on business performance, market analysis, and operational improvements to drive growth within the leagues.


Skills/Experience Needed:
  • Strong background in data analysis, financial tracking, and business performance management.
  • Proficiency in creating impactful presentations (PowerPoint) and presenting complex data in an easy-to-understand format.
  • Experience in managing and tracking business performance against targets, including MGs and shortfalls.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and present to senior leadership.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with key business KPIs, financial reporting, and forecasting.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.

Education/Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with story telling and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
