Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and enhancing Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) and Capital allocation methodologies
• Own the process of forecasting FTP and Capital Allocation for TCB's businesses during both annual operating plan and monthly forecast
• Participate in the global annual planning process and monthly forecasts which involves financial modeling, coordinating, and consolidating submissions from business teams as well as preparing management and Board presentations.
• Perform variance analysis to understand the key drivers of the results and presenting commentary to senior managers, explaining changes from prior forecasts/budgets.
• Refine management financial reporting including KPI dashboards, monthly business reviews, board presentations, profitability reports.
• Enhance controls and streamline processes, introducing automation where possible.
• Foster collaborative relationships with business teams, implement new processes and drive continuous improvement through insightful analysis, building accountability and predictability of financial performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or accounting
• 7+ years prior work experience
• Proficient in financial analysis, forecasting, and accounting
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently
• Detail-oriented and must be able to work and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, from project management teams to Bank senior management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS excel and PowerPoint
• Previous experience working in the financial services industry
• Experience in Funds Transfer Pricing is preferred
• MBA/CPA or similar degree/certification is preferred
