About the Role:
The Sr. Financial Analyst will join a fast-paced, growing FP&A team and will primarily support CrowdStrike in S&M financial forecasting and modeling. The candidate will provide the data and analyses for driving complex financial models to inform decision making by CrowdStrike's senior management team and support the company-wide planning process. Among other responsibilities in this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work with various cross-functional teams within the organization, including Sales, Marketing, Accounting, and Data Analytics.

What You'll Do:
- Drive the financial budgeting and forecasting cycle by partnering with business leaders
- Lead workforce planning through headcount management, vacancy and attrition planning, and growth forecasting
- Support month-end close activities including budget versus actuals, accruals, and reporting
- Create and maintain financial models (pro forma, scenario-based with sensitivities etc.)
- Manage and report KPIs through visualizations to executives and cross-functional teams
- Proactively identify, develop, and implement process improvements, to achieve efficiencies and scalability
- Ad hoc and special projects
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
- Minimum of 4 years' progressive experience in FP&A, Sales Operations, or Sales Finance; SaaS company is a plus.
- Superior attention to detail - must display the highest levels of consistency and accuracy in work
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey financial concepts to both financial and non-financial audiences
- High aptitude and excellent analytical skills for complex problem solving and financial modeling
- Clear understanding of GAAP accounting and revenue recognition; SaaS experience a plus.
- Complete proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Saleforce.com, Tableau, Adaptive Insights Planning, and NetSuite ERP a plus.
Bonus Points:
- Technology sector and/or high growth public company experience.
- Knowledge of SaaS finance and accounting metrics
- Experience with SQL and/or BI/Visualizations tools.
