Description:
Toptimum is looking for a Sr. Financial Consultant to provide expert financial guidance to our customer. Duties/Responsibilities: * Advise customer on all aspects of financial performance and assist in maximizing mission value, mitigating financial risk, and ensuring that financial commitments are met.
* Design processes and procedures to support financial reporting requirements to include sped plans, budgeting, and planning.
* Implement processes and procedures supporting Service Level Agreements and provide guidance on contractual requirements.
* Monitor and provide customer with analysis of spending trends, execution rates, and budget plans.
* Process budgetary requirements and financial reports.
* Provide customer workforce with guidance in financial processing and policies.
* Support the development and drafting of contributions to the congressional budget justification book.
* Provide customer with supporting documentation for monthly invoices and contract status reports.
* Provide customer with task order-specific financial summaries for several projects.
* Attend monthly program management reviews and prepare reports of financial performance of task orders. Requirements * US Citizenship
* Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
* 12+ years supporting financial activities and duties related to financial program management
* Expert level understanding of USG budgeting and execution process
* Expert-level understanding of Agency specific financial and budgeting systems, processes, and reporting Physical Requirements * Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) at the customer site while sitting at a desk and working on a computer
* Routine video conference and/or in-person meetings
