Sr Functional Consultant SB

Job Summary:

• The Senior Functional Lead drives the functional design and implementation of enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) or domain-specific solutions, bridging the gap between business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into system functionalities.
• Act as SME (Subject Matter Expert) for business processes and system functionality.
• Work with technical teams to design and deliver solutions.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate workshops or training sessions.
• Provide oversight on testing, user adoption, and change management.
• Ensure systems are aligned with business goals and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business, Information Systems, or relevant domain.
• 6+ years of experience in functional consulting or system implementation.
• Deep knowledge of ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) or domain expertise.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in project management or Agile methodologies is a plus.
