This is a full time salary role with the annual wage range of $140,000 - $160,000

As the Sr HR Business Partner you are responsible for supporting all aspects of our People & Performance Department managing the day-to-day responsibilities of HR. As a member of the P&P Team, you will assist in identifying sustainable solutions to ensure long term business growth in accordance with the company vision, core values and established policies and procedures.

SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide partnership, counsel, insights and solutions to business leaders on people, performance and culture initiatives that drive and support business objectives.
  • Performance Management - Provide coaching to people leaders and associates in bringing out the best in our talent, provide respectful counsel on feedback, skill development, and career progression.
  • Talent Management Lifecycle- in partnership with business leaders, lead talent strategies to advance associate onboarding, growth, retention and development
  • Change management - provide guidance to leaders on positively influencing business and associate initiatives to propel the business and organization forward. Partner with leaders in the development of plans to evolve organization development to align with business imperatives.
  • Process improvement. Participate on teams in ever increasing new ways of doing business, brings ever increasing efficiency and effectiveness to HR processes and programs.
  • Manage the development, implementation and administering of personnel policies, procedures and programs including, but not limited to: Employment Processes, Employee Benefits, Compensation, State and Federal Labor Regulations, Employee Relations, etc.


Requirements:
  • 10+ years HR experience, with broad knowledge of all aspects of HR inclusive of talent, HR administration, benefits, compensation, employee relations and compliance.
  • Experience working in change environments
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong business acumen, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Adept in Microsoft suite, working knowledge of Oracle and ADP preferred
  • Results driven with a high sense of urgency; skilled at managing and facilitating change, demonstrated agility, possesses high sense of initiative and innovation
