Sr. HRIS Analyst (Workday) (Copy)

HiFyve is hiring a Sr. HRIS Analyst in Sugar Land, TX!

Salary: $145K- $165K Annually

Schedule: Onsite 5 Days per Week

Location: Sugar Land, TX

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Act as primary point of contact for all Workday functions
• Train team members on Workday functionalities
• Create user manuals, FAQ's and SOP's
• Identify opportunities for improvement with existing HR processes
• Spearhead communication with HR and IT departments for continued troubleshooting and design enhancements
• Manage all Workday modules including: HCM, Payroll, Absence Management, and Time Tracking
• Respond proactively and effectively to all HRIS Workday issues

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Administration or related field
• 5 years of experience in Workday HRIS Systems
• Certification in Workday HCM

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• HRIS Mechanic skillset needed
• Proven experience managing large datasets and delivering analytics
• Strong understanding of HR Processes in Manufacturing Environments
