Job Description
Provides functional support for the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) with a focus on regional HR business needs. Responsible for ad-hoc reporting, mass update, design and setup of system, maintenance, data compliance audits, user issue resolution, and retrieval of information from the HRMS. Provides excellent customer service to the end-user community including providing instruction on HR systems processes. Ensures consistency in process utilization and a high level of data accuracy and compliance. Responsible for ongoing application testing. Determines requirements, designs, tests, and supports new and existing internal and external interfaces. Manages small projects and manages workstreams for medium projects.
Urgent Issues - helps gather details about issue, helps test and troubleshoot to find resolution, and communicates with end users.
Data Fixes/Updates - analyzes data fix request to determine how to correct information in HRMS. Updates HRMS with data fix and response to end user within the defined team SLA.
Mass Updates - reviews mass update requests for accuracy and approval. Works with end user to resolve any errors with the mass update. Processes mass update within defined team SLA. Participates in testing for mass update customizations.
Basic Setup - responsible for all basic setup requests for supporting country including organizations, organization hierarchy, jobs, positions, locations, grades, and grade rates. Confirms request is valid before processing.
Complex Setup - responsible for all complex setup requests for supporting country including payroll, elements and element links, pay methods, benefits and wage scales.
Restricted Setup - provides input on and supports testing for new restricted setup including flex fields, value sets, and personalization's.
Security - answers questions and provides general support for HRMS security setup and design.
General Support - assists with general user support including process and system questions, coaching/training on how to use the system, and user errors. Analyzes request and provides accurate responses within the defined team SLA.
Audits - analyzes data audits from the system to determine how to resolve the issue. Takes action to resolve the data audit in a timely manner.
Workflow Monitoring - provides support to end user questions related to workflow and approvals. Reviews supervisor and security setup in order to respond and assist with user issues and questions.
System Monitoring - Monitors interfaces and concurrent requests for area of responsibility. Ensures successful completion and delivery. Troubleshoots issues. Participates in regular regression test cycles including performing the tests, analyzing the results and investigating issues.
Reporting - Understands, creates and delivers ad-hoc report requests from end users within the team defined SLA. Supports end user use of EiS reporting tool questions.
Stakeholder Management - works to understand customer needs and meet SLAs. Manages relationships with project stakeholders on small projects.
Training - shares templates, training manuals and reference guides with end users. Updates materials as needed when policies and processes change. Participates as needed to train end users.
Interfaces/Custom Build - Gathers requirements for local CEMLI needs. Drafts design documents (MD050) for new/revised local CEMLIs. Creates test plan and performs testing for new local CEMLIs. Implements solution for local CEMLIs.
Small Projects - responsible for project delivery as project manager for all phases of project: define, plan, implement, transition and control.
Medium Projects - provides input to define and plan, manages workstreams to implement and participates in project control.
Large, and Complex Projects - provides input to define and plan and participates on workstream
Required Education and Experience
Bachelors Degree in business, analytics, IT, human resources or related field, required
4-6 years maintaining an integrated HRMS application supporting multi-state or international locations, required
4-6 years Management Reporting on a relational database, required
2-3 years working in a HR/IT call center or help desk, required
2-3 years developing or maintaining database interfaces, preferred
