As the Senior Incentive Consultant, you will be responsible for the administration of Private Wealth variable compensation plans, including the maintenance of a sound governance structure to ensure well-founded decision-making & administration.

Primary responsibilities include
  • Senior role in the administration of the plans including the day to day processes required to administer all plans, looking for ways to improve the quality and productivity of the administration process to gain efficiencies, the disposition of all credit requests/disputes within plan guidelines, monitoring all control and governance of the plans and assisting in the development of incentive modeling to assist with forecasting/budgeting.
  • Senior role in the maintenance of a sound governance structure to ensure well-founded decision-making & administration.
  • Governance and control points in the incentive administration process are critical and acting as 1st level decision authority for credit requests provides transparency into how the governance structure is performing.
  • Additionally, evaluating credit request data and trends while recommending remedial action can help to mitigate risks.
  • Senior role in the delivery of the Incentive Performance Management Framework (targets, measurements, assessments) for the applicable LOB organization.
  • Assist in the development of sales and incentive related analysis for the applicable LOB organization, including ongoing performance analysis for the applicable LOB Contribution to LOB Sales/Revenue and a Total Compensation view for all positions.
  • Act as a senior team member on immediate team and the larger Sales Performance Management team. Help to foster a strong team and improve skills of colleagues.

Required Skills/Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in incentive compensation
  • Experience in Wealth Management and Private Bank
  • Experience with Promissory Note Administration
  • Attention to detail and data reconciliation skills in the process of translating data into information
  • Strong problem-solving and time-management skills, a superior customer service orientation and analytical capability
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and function efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Solid written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to support others through training and coaching
  • Advanced MS Excel
  • Ability to build repeatable processes that are streamlined & automated
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with a focus in Management Information Sciences or Finance
  • 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree may be considered

Preferred Skills/Experience:
  • Solid working knowledge of database principles and concepts
  • Tell a story through data visualization
  • Strong MS PPT skills
  • Access database, SQL development, Tableau development or other BI tools a plus

*Role is FINRA associated

Hours & Work Schedule
  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule: 8:30am- 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
