Job Summary:
This Sr. Project Manager role under IT Applications team is responsible for leading a team, typically cross-functional teams, to achieve project goals and requirements. Work with project teams and stakeholders to plan, execute, monitor, and control the project. Manage resources, budget, cost, time, quality, risks, and other constraints.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):
Plan, execute, and oversee SAP implementation projects from start to finish.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and communication.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and methodologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
8+ rears of relevant project management experience
Proven experience in managing SAP projects
Strong understanding of SAP modules and methodologies
Professional Certification (PMP, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, etc.) plus
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.
Strong experience working with cross functional teams and multiple workstreams, change management/business transformation experience.
Previous experience in supporting business applications and managing initiatives highly desirable
Effective communication & presentation skills
Salary Range
$150,000 - $165,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
