The National Security Group of Leidos is seeking a Senior Instructor to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Chantilly, VA. The candidate will support Government staff in the following:
Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required to be considered for this position.
US Citizenship required.
Basic Qualifications
Pay Range: Pay Range $98,150.00 - $177,425.00

The National Security Group of Leidos is seeking a Senior Instructor to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Chantilly, VA. The candidate will support Government staff in the following:
- Provides dedicated support to MPAC; provides general support to other Directorates, Offices, and Centers as required
- Obtains information needed to prepare in-house training program
- Facilitates all programs to train all levels of personnel across customer (IC)
- Administers experiential learning experiences/simulations
- Works with ISDs to continuously revise lesson plans to meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date
- Coordinates with TAs on class arrangements, conducts training classes, and develops criteria for evaluating training effectiveness
- Keeps abreast of information technology training needs, trends, methods, new materials, and techniques
- Provides technical advice/input that impact strategic client outputs and Leidos business results
- Requires ability to communicate with senior executive leadership (internally or client) regarding matters of strategic importance to the organization/project

- BA degree and 12 - 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 - 13 years of prior relevant experience.
