This senior level position will oversee and manage all aspects of the Corporate BSP Application Infrastructure from the apps themselves to all layers of the underlying technology. This is a hands-on position requiring extensive knowledge of the application lifecycle from tool selection through implementation along with maintenance and support. You will work with our outsourced IT Service Provider who will conduct all system work.

What we need from you:
- Act as an IT product/project manager and system expert for our corporate application suite including Microsoft 365/Azure/Exchange/AD, JD Edwards, ADP, Concur, PARCView, Quality Windows and any other on-prem or cloud applications. This also includes managing the system administration, user maintenance and security configurations for these systems.
- Responsible for proactively engaging with internal cross functional teams to understand system utilization, strategic technology needs, data management, reporting requirements, issue identification and management, and system interconnectivity.
- Serve as primary contact for the various vendor relationships, to ensure service levels are maintained, and propose creative product enhancements that complement our internal digital strategies and improve our business user's experience and productivity.
- Oversee release management and coordinate internal testing and acceptance for all IT systems.
- Ensure that we have the needed backups, business continuity and disaster recovery plans for the application suite.
- Travel to each of the mills to support IT infrastructure activities conducted by our IT Service Provider and to review needs with mill management and staff
- Work with the Director of IT to design and develop the corporate IT strategy and roadmap.
- Identify and implement areas for IT process improvement
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum qualifications:
- 7-10+ years of systems administration including Applications, Windows Servers, VMWare, and Exchange
- Ability to travel to multiple locations throughout the United States and Canada (Must have a valid and unexpired passport) on a rotational basis.
- Experience with administering and using Microsoft 365, especially Share Point and Teams
- Experience with implementing strong cybersecurity measures
- Power Shell, Power BI and Power Apps, a plus
- Networking knowledge/experience, a plus
- SQL Server experience, a plus
- Certification/Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, PMP or other IT Methodologies
- Ability to work creatively in a very fast team-based environment
- Strong communication abilities both written and verbal
- Willingness to learn and continuously improve your skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and managing your time carefully
