THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:

The Senior Analyst will be responsible for the management of all supply chain execution systems deployed in the Manhattan WMS buildings. This includes WMS, LMS, Slotting, WCS, and Put to Light Systems.

The Sr. Analyst will also be accountable to the Logistics Systems Manager for the proper configuration, deployment, and management of applications within the building.

While they will report to the Logistics Systems Manager, they will partner with the manager to ensure proper utilization of the technology by the operations team in the DC.

The Sr. Analyst will be expected to coach the Jr. Analysts with regard to the slotting strategy and partner with the Logistics Systems Manager on its finalization. The Sr. Analyst will work with the Logistics Systems Manager to build and deploy the on-call schedule and ensure operations buy-in.

Along with the Logistics Systems Manager, the Sr. Analyst will serve as the application SME in the DC and will be expected to ensure a robust support structure for end users. The Sr. analyst will lead issue resolution calls, develop recommendations on work-arounds, and facilitate leadership updates. Other daily responsibilities include researching inquiries from and educating end users with regard to the functionality of the technology on site while providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY:

  • Partnering with the Logistics Systems Manager with regard to the development of the application support structure
  • Leading Inventory Sync activities
  • Coordinating system changes and enhancements with Logistics Systems Manager and Field WMOS Manager
  • Participating in the development and implementation of best practices for system triage and resolution
  • Owning and Executing Slotting moves by the slot strategy
  • Owning the coordination and execution of SOX audit compliance requests, including quarterly user provisioning reviews and inventory sync documentation
  • Participating in the development and implementation of best practices for system triage and resolution
  • Coaching the Logistics Systems team on database queries and SQL statement development for troubleshooting, problem solving, and analytical purposes
  • Leading bridge calls to ensure production issues are driven to resolution
  • Re-mediating end-user behaviors leading to inventory sync issues
  • Developing & maintaining system process documentation, including best practices, technology enhancements, and DC reporting development/analytics
  • Functioning as the primary resource for UAT testing and other systems' development testing, including releases and DC Requests
  • Driving multiple system issues to resolution promptly to ensure consistent DC operations
  • Enabling smooth DC operation, by working off-shift hours support on nights/weekends (as required)
  • Functioning as the primary point of contact for all end users' issues/questions
  • Working with vendors on root cause analysis for issues requiring escalation
  • Providing the DC with subject matter expertise about technology
  • Analyzing and prioritizing help desk tickets requiring resolution
  • Partnering with multiple departments to complete user access and user termination requests

The pay range for this position is $77,600.00 - $100,700.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company's bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.
