Essential Functions:
  • Oversees administration of key MarTech platforms, ensuring enterprise-wide platform adoption, implementation, and daily operations.
  • Defines and maintains platform roadmaps, prioritizing enhancements based on stakeholder feedback, strategic goals, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Develops and refines workflows for accurate lead capture, routing, and scoring, ensuring alignment with sales and marketing objectives.
  • Ensures compliance of lead data integrity through robust data governance, including consent management, privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), and regular audits.
  • Develops key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns.
  • Develops actionable insights to improve campaign targeting and drive ROI through assessment of platform usage and campaign performance.
  • Oversees refinement of Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) models through partnership with Analytics/BI teams, ensuring accurate attribution of marketing efforts.
  • Establishes and enforces MarTech best practices, including training programs, resources, and documentation, to empower users and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and data flow across systems.
  • Oversees funnel metrics via dashboards, addresses inefficiencies, and implements data-driven strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Hires, manages, develops, trains, reviews, and sets goals for department and team.
  • Establishes goals for team in accordance with company and division plan and vision.
  • Ensures the team understands the performance standards of their department and has a clear understanding of their own individual performance.
  • Ensures high productivity and adherence to turnaround time schedule by problem solving, motivating, and delegating.
  • Manages and supports team members in areas of problem solving, decision making, process improvement, and professional growth in accordance with company policies.
  • Handles employee relation matters including but not limited to performance management and enforcement of corrective or disciplinary actions.
  • Works with staff to resolve complex or out of policy operation problems.
  • Partners and coordinates with Human Resources in a timely manner on all employee related matters.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum seven (7) years of experience in marketing technology or operations, with a strong background in marketing automation.
  • Experience with Adobe AEM, Workfront, PEGA Customer Decision Hub (CDH), Shopify, and Campaign Manager required.
  • Demonstrated experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Workfront, and associated platforms as a primary administrator required.
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs to promote user adoption, enhance efficiency, and maximize ROI.

Pay Range: $118,00.00 to $157,000.00/yr
