The Sr. Manager, Brand Growth position exists to advance the FOTF flagship brand as a leader for Christian families. The role is responsible for improving perception and increasing recognition among current and aspirational core audiences. This is a highly collaborative and involved role, responsible for promoting audience personas, managing mental availability, and ensuring product activations align with FOTF brand dimensions. The position is within the Brand Management department, which is part of the FOTF internal agency that includes Market Research, Creative Services, Video Services, and Digital Asset Management.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Externally Focused:
- Works closely with the CMO and Executive Director to design and communicate growth strategies
- Works on high-level, high-impact projects across the ministry, as needed
- Understands and represents current and aspirational FOTF audience data and profiles using information from Market Research and other sources
- Grows brand awareness and mental availability, especially among nonusers and light users
- Identifies and tracks how audiences discover and consider FOTF
- Develops inspirational and memorable messaging that connects with Christian families
- Tracks brand experiences across FOTF audiences
- Works with internal and external partners to grow the FOTF brand
- Regularly reports performance on audience-related metrics to the executive team
- Provides information on audience needs and reactions to product development teams
- Articulates the Christian and nonprofit landscapes and where FOTF fits within them
Internally Focused:
- Leads and coordinates the Brand Strategist and Brand Ambassador activities to drive growth, especially among new and light users
- Is the lead brand ambassador for FOTF, evangelizing the brand throughout the organization
- Determines and tracks brand equity metrics (e.g., awareness, perception, entry points, etc.) across current and aspirational FOTF audiences
- Works with internal partners to build brand visions and plans
- Serves and interacts with clients in an engaging manner while keeping track of multiple, changing priorities
- May lead major brand projects
- Consistently tracks progress to goals and against baselines
- Will join the Brand Performance Committee with leaders from Orthodoxy, Research, Planning, Content Creation, and others
- Keeps up to date with trends in brand growth and marketing

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Graphic Design, Advertising, or related field
- 7-10 years of brand planning, strategic marketing, or analysis experience at a strategic or creative consultancy, or creatively driven internal marketing team
- Theoretical understanding of brand concepts, including "How Brands Grow"
- Experience with a brand launch or re-launch
- Demonstrated skills in core areas, such as business or brand strategy, research, media, and communications planning
- Strong project management background a plus
