Description:
A large retail employer in Katy, Tx. is looking for a Sr. Manager, Customer Insights to join their customer insights and market research team within their Insights and Analytics organization. This person will report directly to the Customer Insights Director and oversee a team of 3 direct reports. Day to day responsibilities include working on various research projects, meeting with vendors and reviewing questionnaires for category surveys and deep dives, reviewing quarterly reports and footage from focus groups, and collaborating with analysts on DIY projects to deliver reports. The Sr. Manager will be heavily involved in delivering customer insights to internal clients including merchandising, omnichannel, marketing, store ops, real estate, and executive level leadership. This person will manage the vendor ecosystem, scope and deliver insights to provide perspective and recommendations on opportunities to grow our share with existing customers, retain customers longer and attract new customers, and manage 3 analysts including prioritizing work, overseeing output, presenting detailed findings to requestors and synthesized findings to senior management. This person must report onsite to their Katy, Tx. location 5 days/week (Mon-Thurs 8-5 and 8-12 Fri). The salary pay for this role dependent upon experience and would be between $135-155k annually.

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of customer insights and analytics related work experience
2+ years of management experience
- Experience utilizing survey programming tools such as Qualtrics
Experience building an ecosystem of customer insights tools including Monthly tracker, brand health, DIY research, VOC, etc.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Prior experience working within a retail or e-commerce environment.
Experience with SPSS statistics research
