Job Overview:
The Senior Manager of Enterprise Sales oversees a team of strategic sales professionals focused on large Enterprise and Global accounts. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise, this role is responsible for developing and executing a strategy to drive revenue and sales growth across key accounts. This includes creating a comprehensive plan for utilizing the company's products and solutions, such as Voice, Data, UCC, and IoT & Connected solutions, to achieve objectives for subscriber growth, revenue, and customer retention.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Enterprise Account Executives responsible for selling wireless voice and data services, as well as Internet of Things (IoT) solutions, to large business customers.
  • Coach and guide the team in developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key buying influencers in client accounts.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate team members to ensure their success in achieving sales targets.
  • Take on additional duties or projects as assigned by business management.

Education:
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

Work Experience:
  • 4-7 years of experience in sales management (Required)
  • Less than 2 years of experience in outside sales (Preferred)
  • 2-4 years of experience in technology sales or the wireless industry (Preferred)
  • 2-4 years of experience in prospecting and account management (Preferred)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Sales Management: Proven experience managing and developing a sales team. (Required)
  • Account Management: Expertise in managing key customer accounts and relationships. (Required)
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills to inspire, guide, and motivate a high-performing sales team. (Required)
  • Telecommunication / Technology: Knowledge of telecommunications and technology solutions, including IoT and connected services. (Required)
