We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager of HRIS & People Analytics to lead our HR technology systems and data strategy. This role focuses on optimizing HR systems, driving workforce insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making - all while leading a collaborative, high-performing team. The ideal candidate will also have experience supporting HR data that ties into key workforce processes, such as compensation, time management, and compliance reporting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • HRIS & Workforce Data Management: Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of HR systems to ensure accurate data flow across Partner records, compensation structures, and time-tracking processes.
  • Analytics Strategy: Develop and execute a people analytics strategy to deliver actionable insights that inform talent management, workforce planning, and operational efficiencies.
  • Data Integrity & Compliance: Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems supporting Partner lifecycle processes - from hiring and benefits to compensation adjustments and regulatory reporting.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HRIS Analysts and Coordinators, driving collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Advanced Data Insights: Apply statistical analysis and data science principles to uncover workforce trends, forecast needs, and optimize labor-related insights.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Build and maintain dashboards and reports using advanced Excel functions (e.g., Pivot Tables, Power Query, VBA) and other BI tools to support leadership decisions, including headcount and compensation analysis.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR, Finance, and Operations teams to align HR data systems with workforce planning, budget forecasting, and compliance reporting needs.
  • Strategic Planning: Drive system enhancements, data processes, and analytics initiatives that support long-term organizational and workforce strategy.
  • Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance and appearance.
  • Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management.
  • Adhere to all local, federal and state laws in addition to Company policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Perform any other duties that may be assigned by management.


Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field a plus.
  • Experience: 6-8 years of experience in HRIS management, people analytics, or HR technology leadership, with exposure to compensation or time management data processes.
  • Technical Experience:
  • Hands-on experience with systems like ADP, Workday, Oracle
  • Experience leading system implementations, upgrades, or integrations
  • Background in data interpretation, compliance, or reporting
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture, align HRIS and analytics strategies with business goals, and prioritize effectively.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.

PAY RANGE: $135,000.00 - $145,000.00*

*compensation varies based on geography, skills, experience, and tenure
