JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Reporting directly into the Director of Strategy & Insights, this role will collaborate with internal stakeholders and across many departments i.e., Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, Category Management and Revenue Management
  • Responsible for driving consumer centricity throughout the organization, driving empathy for our consumers while leveraging data to identify category growth opportunities and winning over consumers.
  • Synthesis of primary and syndicated consumer tracking research to identify relevant insights to grow our category.
  • Setting and implementing both short term and long-term consumer strategies which will deliver actionable insights that drive better business decisions and ultimately incremental volume and profit
  • Oversee a team leading category growth and consumer strategy, and planning with cross-function teams
  • Review, design and oversee execution of agreed upon research studies, develop and implement consumer segment learning plans
  • Work closely with other analytics and data centric teams and lead the development of short- and long-term predictive growth models, and measurement of pilots.


JOB QUALIFICATIONS
  • A University Degree in Business, statistics, consumer research, media or related field. Master's Degree in Marketing Research, Marketing or MBA preferred.
  • 6+ Years of related consultancy and research experience (preferable in CPG); previous experience in Strategy and/or Brands management and with people management experience
  • Experience in analytics, data strategy or transformation
  • Fluent in best research practices, process and governance, solutions and tools
  • Extensive knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies/techniques
  • Competency in managing complex/strategic research projects
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret results
  • Ability to effectively present to senior & diverse audience
  • Strong leadership & negotiation skills to deal effectively with senior managers and a wide variety of external stakeholders with differing agendas
