Responsible for support of Lennar Connectivity Services, Business Operations and Contract Administration. Report to the VP Business Operations to manage Internet Service Providers (ISP's) to timely install new services in Lennar Communities. This is a managerial position that interacts with various levels of the organization.

Your Responsibilities on the Team
  • Prepare weekly/monthly call reports/spreadsheets and compile information packages to ISPs at the direction of supervisor and/or manager.
  • Lead Lennar Division calls to gather community information and strategically address any challenges that may arise.
  • Maintain shared folders with Lennar Divisions, ensuring the most relevant and updated ISP documentation is shared with the teams (audit and archive folders yearly).
  • Ensure all amendments with ISP's are recorded and updated in appropriate Lennar systems.
  • Obtain all information necessary from the Lennar Division to complete the contract administration process.
  • Conduct monthly audits for status of projects from the ISP's.
  • Continuously build and develop relationships with ISP and Lennar Division partners.
  • Responsible that all proper documentation is completed (ex. marketing or access agreements).
  • Act as liaison between the ISP and Lennar Division to ensure on time connectivity within the approved schedule.
  • Drive collaboration and encourage Lennar Divisions to leverage national ISP agreements that drive door fee revenue, cost avoidance and proper insurance coverage from ISP's.
  • Lead the preparation and distribution of closing reports in a timely manner.
  • Review and critique ISP contracts for proper provisions and appropriate timelines.
  • Act as liaison with outside and inside counsel, and Lennar Division management regarding national and other ISP agreements.
  • Gather, analyze, track, and evaluate financial data and milestone data for incentives or other features of ISP contracts.
  • Investigate and stay apprised of business events with ISP partners.


Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in land development or site construction.
  • College Degree in relevant field required.
  • High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Valid auto insurance coverage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to relate and communicate across the organization, from field associates, up to and including senior management.
  • Working knowledge of MS Suite tools and other software such as Word, Excell, and Teams.
  • Proactive approach to problem solving with initiative to follow through.
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Must possess professional attitude to represent company in a positive manner.


Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary. This position may require travel. The Associate may be required to perform field community and data center visits.
