Sr. Manager, Maintenance

• Support Maintenance and Operations metal forming and shaping equipment.
• Hands on experience with metal forming and shaping equipment including hot rolling mills, cold rolling mills, shears, slitters, furnaces and material movement equipment i.e. transfer car systems.
• Expertise in the interpretation of P&ID and Hydraulic schematics
• Expertise and hands on knowledge when required to assist in troubleshooting and resolving hydraulic issues including but not limited to pumps, proportional valves, solenoids, HX/Coolers, cylinders, check valves, etc.
• Ability to troubleshoot and determine root cause utilizing 8 step, 5 why and providing impactful counter measures to prevent recurrence
• Review and interpretation of on-board data collection system to assist in troubleshooting and definition of operating limits of equipment.
