The salary range for this position is $170,000-$230,000+ (Depending on experience and level assessed post interviews)

Responsibilities:
- Mentor team members and direct reports for career development
- Provide technical and strategic leadership to DevOps Engineers.
- Takes ownership of infrastructure management, and monitoring. Provides direction to identify and eliminate critical infrastructure problems and single points of failures.
- Knowledgeable of complex CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Enterprise through the automated building of code, deploying to multiple environments.
- Assist where needed to debug high level failures that an end user might see like service not starting down through the various layers of automation to find root cause in a complex lab environment.
- Work and collaborate with a range of technology stakeholders to promote ideas and implements new processes, tools or technologies
- Will drive constructive discussions, dive deeply into technical details (e.g., dependencies, design choices, operability), and ensure there is a clear direction.
- Build and execute on a roadmap of initiatives to optimize cloud spend
- Build and execute on a roadmap to build a highly scalable and resilient cloud infrastructure
- Build and execute roadmap of features to support the engineering organization for upcoming feature launches
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in a DevOps role, with 2+ years in a managerial or leadership position
- Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Typescript
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), such as AWS CDK, CloudFormation, and Terraform
- Extensive experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions
- Strong understanding of containerization technologies, such as Docker
- Familiar with system and network configurations, logging, and monitoring tools
- In-depth knowledge of software development life cycle
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards
- Demonstrated experience in cloud cost management and optimization.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or a related field
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $170,000-$230,000+ (Depending on experience and level assessed post interviews)
