About the Team:

The Product Analytics team is a key driving force behind maximizing slot gaming potential through data and insight. Uniting the expertise of skilled analysts and gaming specialists to harness product performance and gaming operations analytics that deliver actionable insights for enhancing game design and increasing revenues. Our Product Performance analysts partner closely with development teams providing insights into mechanics, optimizing configurations, and ensuring each slot delivers the ideal mix of excitement and profitability. While our Gaming Operations analysts work tirelessly to drive slot floor efficiency, boost revenue, and provide strategic decision-making support, fostering sustained growth for both our customers and Bluberi.

Summary:

Bluberi is seeking a highly motivated individual who has a passion for analytics and slot machines to help lead and develop our Product Analytics team.

Essential Functions:

Product Performance Analysis
  • Partner with product development teams to provide insights that inform game design, features, and placement strategies
  • Monitor and analyze gaming trends, market conditions, and competitor performance to provide actionable insights
  • Produce detailed reports on coin-in, handle pulls, session duration, and occupancy rates to guide both operational decisions and long-term game creation strategies
  • Identify emerging player preferences (e.g., high-volatility slots, immersive video features, or classic mechanical reels) to influence the thematic and mechanical direction of future slot releases
  • Manage test bank reporting and analysis by overseeing slot game tests, tracking key performance indicators and analyzing data to validate game viability

Gaming Operations Analysis
  • Help drive performance by optimizing slot floor revenue through data-driven machine placement, denomination adjustments, and floor layout strategies that maximize coin-in and net profit
  • Develop forecasting models to predict revenue trends, identify high-yield opportunities, and minimize losses from underperforming assets
  • Support capital expenditure decisions by delivering ROI projections and break-even analyses for slot-related investments, ensuring alignment with long-term financial objectives

Team Leadership & Management
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of analysts, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning
  • Define team goals, oversee project prioritization, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality insights and reports
  • Build and maintain a robust analytics infrastructure, including tools, processes, and documentation

Insights & Reporting
  • Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership, product development and more by providing clear, compelling reports and visualizations

Required Education and Experience:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Finance or related field
  • Industry Experience: 5+ years of experience in gaming data analytics
  • Casino Gaming Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the casino gaming industry
  • Tableau: Experience using, maintaining and creating dashboards in Tableau
  • Microsoft Excel: Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization
  • Office Applications: Strong knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is a plus
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting findings and collaborating with both internal teams and external customers
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Work Environment:

OFFICE: Quiet and within a secure office location

FIELD: May work at heights for installation of equipment, work in close quarters and/or be exposed to inclement weather during some installations. May be exposed to secondhand smoke.

WAREHOUSE: Job requires walking in the warehouse. Must be able to navigate warehouse environment

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to see color and the ability to adjust focus. Essential responsibilities include moderate physical ability such as lift or maneuver at least ten (10) pounds, and prolonged instances of sitting during the shift

Employment Classification

To determine eligibility for benefits and overtime status and to ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations, Bluberi uses the following classifications. Employment classifications are based on the guidelines of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and, as circumstances dictate, Bluberi may review or change employment classifications at any time.

Exempt: Exempt Team members are paid on a salary basis and are not eligible to receive overtime pay.

Non-exempt: Non-exempt Team members are paid on an hourly basis and are eligible to receive overtime pay for overtime hours worked.

Regular, full time: Team members who are not in a temporary status and work a minimum of 30 hours weekly and maintain continuous employment status. These Team members are eligible for the full-time benefits package and are subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations of each benefits program.

Regular, part time: Team members who are not in a temporary status and who are regularly scheduled to work less than 30 hours weekly, but at least 20 hours weekly, and who maintain continuous employment status. Part-time Team members are eligible for some of the benefits offered by the company and are subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations of each benefits program.
