TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Sr. Manager- Procurement located in Atlanta, GA.

This position is responsible for strategy development, execution, leading sourcing events, and negotiating best in class terms and conditions with suppliers according to TK Elevator's approved processes to mitigate risk. The scope is for our Field Business Unit to join our team, which has over 3500 suppliers, over 140 branches and 1100 requisitioners.

This role strategic mission is to maximize our catalog purchases, reduce our supplier base by both consolidating and leveraging strategic partners, and collaborates with the wider PSM (Procurement and Supply Management) team to execute supply chain strategies.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals to achieve departmental goals and foster a high-performing culture.
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee the optimization of catalog processes and systems to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and accessibility.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations while driving user adoption of catalog tools.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement catalog improvements that enhance the end-user experience.
  • Utilize expertise in Oracle and Jaggaer systems to streamline catalog management processes and data integrity.
  • Monitor and analyze catalog performance metrics, using insights to guide decision-making and drive improvements.


Who we are looking for

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree required: Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration. Experience instead of a degree will be considered.
  • Master's in Business Administration, preferred
  • 10+ years of sourcing experience, specifically catalog management.
  • 8+ years leading Procurement teams at a Managerial level.
  • 5+ years in the OEM elevator industry or similar business
  • Expert understanding of strategic sourcing and procurement best practices, processes, procedures and strategies.
  • Proven experience in catalog management, retail industry experience a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational execution.
  • Ability to work with ambiguous data and transform it into a clear story for analysis and decision-making.
