WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Lead and Mentor:
    Oversee the QA team, providing guidance, mentorship, and leadership to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Develop QA Strategies:
    Establish and implement quality assurance processes, standards, and performance metrics to maintain high-quality deliverables.
  • Testing Oversight:
    Manage both manual and automated testing strategies to ensure thorough and efficient quality checks.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration:
    Work closely with product, development, and operations teams to align quality goals with overall business objectives.
  • Ensure Compliance:
    Maintain adherence to regulatory and industry quality standards, conducting regular reviews and updates.
  • Risk Management:
    Conduct risk assessments and lead initiatives to improve overall product quality.
  • Reporting:
    Generate comprehensive QA performance reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Experience and Skills:
  • Educational Background:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • QA Management Experience:
    Proven track record in a QA management role with a focus on building and scaling quality processes.
  • Quality Assurance Expertise:
    Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices, including experience with automated testing frameworks.
  • Leadership Skills:
    Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a demonstrated capacity for problem-solving and effective communication.
Preferred Skills:
  • Certifications:
    Certification in Quality Management or related fields, such as ISTQB.
  • Agile/Scrum Experience:
    Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices is a significant plus.

    Manage the QA team's day-to-day activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Process Implementation:
    Develop and implement standardized QA processes to ensure consistent quality across products and projects.
  • Testing Strategy Management:
    Oversee and refine manual and automated testing strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:
    Ensure products meet regulatory and industry standards, performing risk assessments and driving quality improvements.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    Maintain clear communication with stakeholders by generating and presenting performance reports and quality metrics.
