About the Job
The Sr Manager of Retail Operations will report to the Head of Retail, and will oversee all daily operations of the business and identify key areas for growth and improvement. They will directly lead the General Management team of the stores to optimize efficiency in P&L management, which includes labor control, operational expenses and revenue acceleration. They will align all stores on SOP processes, and work to establish best practices in all locations, as well as drive 100% execution on new store initiatives and programs. They will also be active in internal leadership development, and establish blueprints for professional growth of the leadership teams to establish bench strength for expansion. They will guide and manage through the vision and mission of the company to maintain a positive team culture.

Compensation Description (annually): The salary range for this position in the selected city is $100,000.00 to $125,000.00
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the total compensation package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work

What You Will Do
- Lead, guide and mentor the GMs to maximum profitability - Provide strategic leadership to the GMs; develop, train and mentor GMs to include succession planning.
- Communicate financials and key performance metrics to the GMs - regularly review with the GMs to maximize results, coach for improvement.
- Track and communicate key financial and metric targets; OKRs and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, and follow all safety standards to ensure a safe work environment.
- Visit stores regularly to review and observe operations during both peak and off-peak times.
- Improve and uphold store cleanliness and organization standards.
- Demonstrate ability to speak at a high level about the business through quality business analysis. Prepare Monthly and quarterly business reviews to present to the greater leadership group.
- Support GMs in resolving identified business issues.
- Contribute to a great workplace by retaining and rewarding star employees, and consistently coaching and counseling employees.
- Assist the GMs in creating positive, high-morale workplaces.
- Continually providing ideas, suggestions and feedback to improve sales strategies that will lead to improving operational efficiencies, increased margins and revenue.
- Complete GMs annual and/or periodic Performance Reviews.
- Contribute to operational and strategic planning and assist in setting quarterly goals.
- Assist the GMs and HRBP in resolving employee relations issues. Create SWOT analysis as needed to create and/or change processes to prevent recurring issues.
- Approve all relevant expenses and invoices in Stampli as received daily.

Qualifications
- Must be 21+
- High school or equivalent
- 3-5 years experience in multi-unit retail management
- Retail Analytics
- P&L Analysis
- Strategic sales and retail operations experience
- Must be able to work a variety of hours including mornings, nights, and weekends
- A valid driver's license may be required as well as personal transportation.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
- Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs., with or without assistance
- Ability to climb, push, pull, stoop, grasp, walk, sit, stand, bend and reach for the duration of shift
- Requires manual dexterity to operate job related equipment
- Requires normal hearing range
