Position Overview:
The Senior Manager of Revenue Operations is responsible for optimizing and managing processes, systems, and analytics that support revenue growth at CYPHER Learning. You will play a critical role in driving operational efficiencies, enhancing visibility into revenue performance, and aligning cross-functional efforts across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. This role requires a detail-oriented and strategic thinker who thrives in data-driven environments and is passionate about scaling operations to support rapid growth.

The Senior Manager of Revenue Operations is responsible for optimizing and managing processes, systems, and analytics that support revenue growth at CYPHER Learning. You will play a critical role in driving operational efficiencies, enhancing visibility into revenue performance, and aligning cross-functional efforts across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. This role requires a detail-oriented and strategic thinker who thrives in data-driven environments and is passionate about scaling operations to support rapid growth.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to streamline processes across the revenue organization, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Own the management and enhancement of customer data and workflows that drive revenue across our customer systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Power BI) to optimize workflow, data integrity and efficiency across key functions (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success).
- Establish and maintain clear operational KPIs and dashboards to monitor, analyze, and communicate performance across revenue-generating teams.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams to ensure coordinated strategies that drive revenue growth and customer retention.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, process automation, and enhanced productivity across the revenue cycle.
- Provide insightful analysis and strategic recommendations based on data to influence decision-making and shape revenue strategies.
- Own the data integrity that supports regular business reviews, forecasting activities, and pipeline management to ensure transparency, accountability and reliability.
- Lead efforts to optimize revenue forecasting models and revenue planning processes in collaboration with Finance, CRO and executive leadership.
- Work closely with product, finance, customer success, product, engineering and operations teams to ensure alignment and support for revenue initiatives.
Your Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related operational roles in SaaS/B2B environments.
- Proven expertise with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Power BI), sales enablement platforms, analytics tools, and data management best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of leveraging data-driven insights to enhance business outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to streamline complex operational processes and implement system integrations that improve efficiency and data accuracy.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with senior stakeholders across multiple departments.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate operational insights, strategies, and recommendations to executive audiences.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
